Shipping

Within Australia: We ship orders within 24 hours, and domestic shipping typically takes 3–7 business days.

International: Shipping typically takes approximately 5–10 business days.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. A second email with your tracking information will be sent once your order is packed. During busy periods, such as new drops, please allow up to 7 business days to receive your tracking details.

International Taxes & Duties

We do not cover international duties, taxes, or border charges, and these are not calculated at checkout. Every country has different import regulations, so please check with your local authorities to understand any potential charges.

Not all orders will incur duties or taxes, but it’s best to confirm to avoid surprises or delays. If you choose not to pay your local duties and reject your parcel, we will refund your order once it has been returned to us. Any return shipping or handling fees will be deducted from your refund.

Returns

We accept returns for a full refund if the item is unworn, unmarked, and returned within 7 days of receiving your order. 

You will be responsible for the return postage and for providing the prepaid satchel for the exchange. Depending on your location, delivery times may vary.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Incorrect Sizes

Ordered the wrong size? No worries — we offer easy exchanges.

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Name, size, and colour of the item you wish to exchange.

Sale Items

Only full-priced items are eligible for exchange or refund in the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault. Sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
